Hi Tim, time for some kudos, Keren was absolutely brilliant, her edging was sensational. Ashish and Tenzen worked excellent as a team, two very nice guys. Terry came to prepare a quote for handyman work, another very nice guy. You have some great Ambassadors representing your company

Many thanks for sending these photos through and for your tradesperson attending and doing such a lovely job on this repair for Client Clients’ daughter emailed me to say that they were happy with this work completed and that they can also use the hinges on doors now as intended (safety hinges now functional) (Such a shame her door frames were left in such as mess by another Provider whom originally attended) Please pass on my thanks to Peter also for his assistance with this job.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the ‘Spring Cleaning’ of my home last Monday. I was very impressed with the work of Ashish - his attention to detail and the thorough way in which he carried out the tasks. To add to that he was such a pleasant and respectful young man. I was also grateful to the man who cleaned my five bins and his thoughtfulness in leaving them arranged to dry out so as to avoid rain.
From this experience, I would thoroughly recommend Complete Assist
Sincerely

Just thought I would pass on a compliment from clients daughter Karen. She got her windows cleaned today.
“Just letting you know Tenzin the window cleaner from Complete Assist did a great job. Nice guy as well.
Will use him again.
As I said to you, my dealings with that company have been really good thus far. Brad our gardener is great and the handy men were good too. And remember the locksmith just helped me over the phone. Cudos to him/them.”
Thanks again for being able to get this done so quickly for her. Always a pleasure working with you. Great communication and clients are always happy with the work done.

I would like to compliment your cleaning lady, Josephine. I was very happy with the service, she did an amazing job

I received a phone call from my client Beverley, who advised how wonderful the person was from Complete Assist that attended her recent spring clean/window clean.
She explained how respectful he was and that he did such a great job.

Hello,
One our care workers called to advise she was extremely impressed with the Spring clean completed at Bruce’s home. She stated it will make it a lot easier for her to maintain the home.
The client also wanted to pass on how happy he was with Josephine’s work and how lovely she was 😊.

I am so happy with Complete Assist. Everyone who visits my home is efficient and delightful.

Hope the photos your gardener took showed what a super job he did today. Highly satisfactory. Please thank him and also for clearing the front and footpath of possum droppings and sticky seed pods. I didn’t notice that till after he’d left. Great smile too! 👌

I wanted to thank you for arranging for the installation of the hand rail in my ensuite following your visit last week.
Complete Assist called about 9am Monday and the chap arrived at 1.30 to install it. So efficient that I am gob smacked. It is excellent and very helpful. Thank you again.
Best wishes
